one.)     From Italian Cuisine: Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, one of the simplest yet delicious dishes of Italian cuisine, is a type of pasta flavored with garlic and olive oil.

To prepare this recipe, first boil 400 grams of spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.

Meanwhile, heat half a glass of olive oil in a large pan and add four finely chopped cloves of garlic.

Fry until the garlic turns golden and then add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Drain the boiled spaghetti, add it to the pan and mix well. Serve by seasoning with salt, black pepper and chopped fresh parsley. Optionally, you can also add grated parmesan cheese.

2.)     From Mexican Cuisine: Chicken Fajita

This delicious Mexican dish, prepared with colorful vegetables and spicy chicken, is also very close to Turkish taste.

Chop 500 grams of chicken breast into strips and cook in a large pan with two tablespoons of olive oil until golden brown.

Then, add one red, yellow and green pepper, chopped into strips, and one large onion to the pan and cook until the vegetables soften.

Add a teaspoon of cumin, a teaspoon of sweet red pepper powder, a teaspoon of garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook by stirring. Once the chicken and vegetables are thoroughly cooked, remove from the stove and serve in tortilla bread.

3.)     From Indian Cuisine: Chicken with Tikka Masala Sauce

This Indian dish, which stands out with its spicy and creamy sauce, is ideal for spice lovers in Turkish cuisine.

Cut 500 grams of chicken breast into cubes and marinate it in a mixture of one glass of yoghurt and two tablespoons of tandoori spices in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Melt two tablespoons of butter in a large pan, add a chopped large onion and cook until caramelized.

Then, add three chopped cloves of garlic and a tablespoon of grated fresh ginger and cook, stirring, until the aromas are released.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir. Add 400 grams of tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes, stirring. Add a glass of cream and a teaspoon of garam masala and mix well.
